RETURNS POLICY

If exchanging a faulty item, all garments, accessories, homewares and gifts must be returned in perfect condition, unused and unwashed, with all the original labels/tags attached and intact. All items including garments must be returned in the original packaging and must be packed carefully to ensure they are not damaged further during postage. Please make sure to enclose your full name, postal address, home and mobile number so that once we receive the goods, we can asses them and get it touch with you. Items being exchanged must be received within 14 Days.

Returned items not complying with the above terms will be sent back to the customer and no refund or exchange will be given. We do not refund postage & handling charges nor are your return postage costs refunded. If you are returning items, we suggest sending them registered post as we take no responsibility for lost items.

Roots & Wings Design do not refund or exchange for change of mind so please select carefully. If you are uncertain of sizing, colours etc… please contact our staff via email for assistance at info@rootsandwings.com.au

Gift vouchers may not be returned and we are unable to re-issue vouchers if they are lost so please keep them in a safe place!

IMPORTANT PRODUCT MATERIAL INFORMATION

Genuine leather may display small markings such as healed scares, insect bites and growth wrinkles. These characteristics are completely natural and normal, and should be expected in leather.

Timber is a natural product and varies from piece to piece. Therefore you will find that many of our products have variation within the timber. These can include a dark or light streaks or natural knots.

Silk has tiny imperfections due to it being a natural product. It is only natural for silks to have irregularities; this is the nature of 100% silk.
