WHERE WE DELIVER
Currently, we ship within Australia only.

However we may be able to arrange overseas postage, so please email us with a request at info@rootsandwings.com.au and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

WHO DELIVERS YOUR ORDER
We use Australia post, and express post on request, this will incur an additional fee calculated at check out.

DELIVERY TIMES
Deliveries are sent during normal business hours Monday to Friday.

Purchases made on weekends and purchases and public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Deliveries will usually arrive between 3 to 10 working days, depending on the parcels destination.

POSTAGE & HANDLING CHARGES 
Your postage charge is dependant on the packaging size and weight that your purchase requires and is the same Australia wide.

Some items may incur additional charges due to weight, but as a guide, prices are a minimum of $5 and no more than $20. Prices are calculated on check out and can be viewed then.

CURRENY & TAXES
Note that all product prices indicated and payments made on this site are in Australian dollar currency and include GST.
